Nature of the Service
The site organizes public routes to Perry County and Kentucky inmate, jail, court, release, and supervision resources. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a request with an agency for you.
Independent search tools may also be linked or embedded. Their own terms govern their services.

If One Term Fails
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
